Brittany + Andrew = Love

Brittany hired me to do her very large and very purple wedding cake (Pictures coming soon) and later realized that I did flowers as well. She hired me to do her bouquet as well as 4 of her attendants and 8 boutonierres. I delivered them today at noon and I will be delivering her cake in a couple of hours. I really love flowers and I am so happy that they chose me to be a part of their special day.
All Loaded Up and ready to go!!

A little over a year ago, I made a very special cake for a NEW client's baby shower. A year and 10 cakes later I am making her son's 1st birthday cake. How time flies when you're having fun. Thank you Hope for all of your fabulous orders. You keep my hoppin'!! :)

Baby Boy

These simple, yet yummy cupcakes were ordered by our neighbor. She was hosting a baby shower for her lovely sister Mary. I can't wait until he comes to visit very soon!!

Hello Kitty

So thrilled when Melissa contacted me again for her daughter's birthday. Hello Kitty seems to be the coolest theme around :) Lots of pink made the birthday girl very happy. I hope she enjoys her party with her family and friends!!

Autumn's Sparkly Day

Autumn is a family friend, and one of my son's little girlfriends :) She requested a Poodle in Paris cake with pink cake for her fun party at My Gym. This cake was girly girl, with pink and flowers and lots of glitter. I heard they had a blast!!

Pirates Attack!

My husbands co-worker called again for another order for his younger son's birthday. Pirates was the theme, and I love this couple because they always know exactly what they want. Super sweet people and I hope their little one had a fabulous day!!

2012 Gala

WoW!! A few month ago Sharon Jackson, an event coordinator, contacted me off of one of my online ads. She was coordinating a gala for the Clovis Botanical Garden's 2012 Gala. The committee was interested in 20 cakes to be used for centerpieces and for a cake buffet. I was of course overwhelmed at the thought, but I am also always ready for a challenge. From the 20 pounds of scratch fondant, to the fresh raspberry butter cream and gooey cookies and cream butter cream, these cakes turned out fab! Yes, I was (and still am) exhausted, but it was all worth it when I got an email from Sharon on Sunday saying not only were the cakes delicious and beautiful, but that they added 5 of them to the silent auction. All 5 of my cakes were purchased and they made money for this fabulous Garden. Please check them out at

Girly Skull

Our photographer Michelle (check her our at these fun cupcakes for her twin sister's baby shower. Her sister Teresa is expecting a baby girl soon and I love that they chose something non traditional for the shower. I made 4 dozen chocolate cupcakes with homemade chocolate ganache filling and made from scratch cookies and cream frosting. YUMMM!!!!

Cake for Jesus?

This is actually my first cross shaped cake that I've made. While preparing it my 5 year old comes up to me and say, "Mom, is that a cake for Jesus??" Too funny I tell you!!!
(Sorry the pictures aren't the best)

Air Force

Janet, a church friend wanted to order something special for her father. It was his 80th birthday and he had recently been diagnosed with alzheimer's. She wanted him to have a memorable birthday with his loved ones. He had retired from the Air Force many years ago, so it was fitting for her to order this for him. Very simple. It's all about the memories!

Amazing Spiderman

This order came from a client who saw my online ad. She called on Saturday and wanted her cake for today. I am always a little hesitant when I don't give myself enough time to really plan everything out, but HELLO, I am the mom of two little boys who ADORE all things Spiderman. I am practically a PRO. SO here it is. I really got inspiration from old Spiderman comics..... like ones from the 60's and 70's. LOVED it and I hope that little Sergio did as well.
